Coordination Benefit Coverage
  • Up to $2,500 USD in coordination benefit coverage, applied toward eligible funeral-related services.

  • Coverage is applied only when services are required and while the membership is active.

  • Coverage availability and applicable services may vary depending on the country, local regulations, and authorized provider options.


Age Guidelines:

  • Individuals up to 75 years of age: standard enrollment eligibility.

  • Individuals over 75 years of age: enrollment reviewed on a case-by-case basis under a personalized coordination plan.



The coordination benefit coverage is capped at $2,500 USD.
If selected services, special requests, upgrades, or country-specific requirements exceed this amount:

Any additional costs must be covered directly by the client or family.

Eternimax will clearly disclose estimated costs in advance, whenever possible, before proceeding.

No services are executed without confirmation and acknowledgment of any out-of-pocket expenses.

    This ensures transparency while allowing families the flexibility to personalize services according to their needs.


    Eternimax is not an insurance provider and does not issue insurance policies or prepaid funeral contracts.

    How Your Eternimax Coordination Membership Works

    1. Membership Activation

    When you enroll in an Eternimax coordination membership, your account is activated and your information is securely registered in our system.

    This allows your family to access professional coordination support immediately if services are ever required.


    Important:


     Eternimax does not provide insurance, prepaid funeral contracts, or funeral services.
    We provide coordination and administrative support only.

    2. Active Membership & Monthly Payments

    Your coordination benefits remain available only while your membership is active and in good standing.

    • Monthly subscription-based membership

    • Minimum four (4) consecutive months required before coordination benefit coverage becomes available

    • No long-term commitment beyond the initial eligibility period

    • Cancellation subject to Terms & Conditions

    Maintaining an active membership ensures uninterrupted access to coordination support and eligibility for applicable benefits.

    3. When a Need Occurs — Contact Eternimax

    In the event of a beneficiary’s passing, a family member or authorized representative contacts Eternimax directly.

    Our coordination team is available 24/7 to assist with:

    • Case intake and verification

    • Initial guidance and next steps

    • Country-specific requirements

    Support is available in English and Spanish.

    4. Case Review & Benefit Scope Evaluation

    Each case is individually reviewed to determine:

    • Country where the passing occurred

    • Local regulations and requirements

    • Eligible services based on the situation

    • Availability of licensed providers

    At this stage, Eternimax determines how the coordination benefit coverage may be applied based on eligibility and scope.

    5. Coordination of Services & Cost Transparency

    Eternimax coordinates eligible funeral-related services exclusively through independent, licensed providers.


    • Coordination benefit coverage may be applied up to the maximum amount stated in your plan

    • Coverage applies only to eligible services

    • Personalized requests, upgrades, or country-specific requirements may increase total costs


    No services are authorized without prior disclosure and family approval.
    Any costs exceeding the coordination benefit coverage must be paid directly by the client or family.

    6. Ongoing Support Until Completion

    Throughout the process, Eternimax provides:

    • Continuous communication and updates

    • Administrative oversight

    • Coordination through final delivery or completion

    Our role is to ensure the process is handled professionally, transparently, and with respect, while allowing families the flexibility to personalize services when desired.
