Coverage levels
We coordinate with licensed funeral providers in the same city or town where the passing occurred — or where the family has designated for the ceremony.
The passing occurred in one city and the funeral will take place in another region of the same country. We coordinate the internal transfer and the funeral process at the destination.
We coordinate the funeral process in any city within the destination country — including national transfer, local documentation, and the farewell ceremony.
Once the remains arrive in the destination country, we coordinate with licensed local providers for the farewell ceremony. The natural complement to a repatriation.
Every case is different. Services coordinated depend on the family's needs, the country, and the licensed providers available in each jurisdiction.
A Case Manager is assigned immediately. They gather the information needed, understand the family's preferences, and determine the appropriate level of coordination required.
We coordinate with the appropriate licensed funeral home at the destination — taking into account availability, capacity, and the family's cultural or religious requirements.
We coordinate with local authorities to support the obtainment of all permits and documentation required by the applicable jurisdiction for the process to proceed.
We facilitate coordination of the viewing and final ceremony in accordance with the family's wishes — communicating their preferences to the licensed providers performing the services.
The coordinator keeps the family informed at every stage — like a shipment tracking system, but for what matters most. No need to call and ask for updates.
Once the process is complete, the coordinator confirms that all steps were carried out in accordance with the family's wishes and remains available for any necessary follow-up.
All services are coordinated exclusively through properly licensed providers. Availability may vary depending on country-specific regulations and consular or air-transport requirements. Eternimax does not perform funeral, cremation, embalming, transportation, or medical services and operates solely as a coordination and administrative support entity.
Our primary coverage is Latin America and Spain — where most of the Latin community in the U.S. needs funeral coordination for their families.
For cases outside these regions, we evaluate each situation individually and coordinate through our international network of authorized funeral providers.
