What makes us different

We are not a funeral home.
We coordinate on your behalf.

When a family faces the loss of a loved one, the last thing they should do is search for funeral homes, compare providers, and coordinate multiple services across countries — often in a foreign language.

Eternimax is your single point of contact. We coordinate with licensed funeral providers on your behalf, keep you informed at every stage, and support your family throughout the process.

All funeral, cremation, sanitary, and transport services are performed exclusively by licensed funeral homes and authorized providers in each applicable jurisdiction. Eternimax's role is limited to administrative coordination, communication, and family support.

The full funeral process —
coordinated on your family's behalf.

Every case is different. Services coordinated depend on the family's needs, the country, and the licensed providers available in each jurisdiction.

From the first call,
your family only has to say goodbye.

A Case Manager takes the case from start to finish — so the family does not have to coordinate with multiple providers during a moment of grief.

01

Case opening

A Case Manager is assigned immediately. They gather the information needed, understand the family's preferences, and determine the appropriate level of coordination required.

02

Coordination with licensed providers

We coordinate with the appropriate licensed funeral home at the destination — taking into account availability, capacity, and the family's cultural or religious requirements.

03

Documentation support

We coordinate with local authorities to support the obtainment of all permits and documentation required by the applicable jurisdiction for the process to proceed.

04

Ceremony coordination

We facilitate coordination of the viewing and final ceremony in accordance with the family's wishes — communicating their preferences to the licensed providers performing the services.

05

Real-time case updates

The coordinator keeps the family informed at every stage — like a shipment tracking system, but for what matters most. No need to call and ask for updates.

06

Case closure & follow-up

Once the process is complete, the coordinator confirms that all steps were carried out in accordance with the family's wishes and remains available for any necessary follow-up.

All services are coordinated exclusively through properly licensed providers. Availability may vary depending on country-specific regulations and consular or air-transport requirements. Eternimax does not perform funeral, cremation, embalming, transportation, or medical services and operates solely as a coordination and administrative support entity.

The right providers.
No surprises.

The quality of coordination directly impacts how a case progresses.
We work exclusively with certified providers whose experience reduces
delays, friction, and unexpected costs throughout the process.

No hidden costs. No surprises.

A full, transparent cost breakdown is provided before any service begins. What we quote is what you pay — no last-minute additions, no undisclosed fees.

Process ready from day one

Our coordination process is fully structured from case opening to final delivery. Nothing is improvised — every step has a defined path and a responsible party.

Coordination that reduces delays

Working with the correct providers — who know the consular requirements and local regulations — reduces processing friction. We cannot control government timelines, but we eliminate avoidable delays.

A note on timelines: Every case depends on consular processing times, airline availability, and local regulations — factors outside any coordinator's control. What we control is preparation: having every document correct, every provider in place, and every step anticipated before it is needed.

Funeral coordination —
answered clearly.

Repatriation is the transfer of remains from one country to another. Funeral coordination is the funeral process itself — the viewing, ceremony, local documentation, and final resting arrangements. They can be independent services or complementary. If you are repatriating and also need the funeral coordinated at the destination, Eternimax coordinates both through the same coordinator.

Yes. That is precisely what we do. The family may be in the United States while the funeral takes place in Mexico, Honduras, Colombia, or Spain. We coordinate remotely on their behalf, keeping the family informed at every stage of the process.

Yes. When a case is opened, the coordinator asks about cultural, religious, and personal considerations — embalming restrictions, specific timing requirements, ceremony type. We communicate those preferences to the licensed providers performing the services, so they can be respected to the extent permitted by applicable local regulations.

Contact us regardless. We can serve as a coordination layer alongside the funeral home already involved — communicating with them on the family's behalf, supporting documentation requirements, and providing the family with a clear, single point of contact. We do not replace the funeral home. We coordinate with it on your behalf.

Yes. The cost depends on the level of coordination required (local, regional, national, or international), the destination country, the type of ceremony, and the licensed providers available. We provide a transparent breakdown before any service begins. Contact us for a no-cost, no-commitment case evaluation.

If this is urgent, call us directly at +1 (866) 978-5207 — available 24 hours a day. For non-urgent cases, submit a formal coordination request at eternimax.com/intake-form and a coordinator will contact you within 10 minutes. Bilingual support available in English and Spanish.
