If emergency services are needed, call 911 in the U.S. — or the local emergency number — first.

You can also write to emergency@eternimax.com.

What we'll ask in the first call

You don't need to have everything ready. When a provider needs specific documents or authorizations, we'll explain exactly what they are requesting and help you supply it.

  1. 1

Where your loved one is now

  2. 2

Where your family would like them to be

  3. 3

Who we should speak with, and how to reach them

  4. 4

Anything you already know or have arranged

What happens next

1

An appropriate provider is engaged

An independent provider licensed or otherwise authorized for the services required in that jurisdiction.

2

The provider sets the requirements

Documents, authorizations, preparation and transportation are determined by the provider responsible for each part of the case.

3

We coordinate and keep you informed

We explain each request, help you supply what's needed, relay it, follow up and update you.

Eternimax

Eternimax coordinates between your family and the independent providers responsible for the case. We do not ourselves perform funeral, cremation, transportation or other regulated services.

Is your loved one an enrolled beneficiary of the membership?

Call us at any hour, or report the passing from your client portal so we can open the case with the information you already have on file.
